We are happy to answer questions about the work and offer ideas around what could be helpful for your unique situation & needs based on our combined 150+ years of experience, but this isn’t the right space to do deeper therapeutic work.🌲🌲🌲⁠

❓What if withholding our grief wasn’t a burden to others?❓How might we be burdening others by NOT sharing our true feelings?💡Sometimes we need to flip the switch on the mental stories we tell ourselves about grief and loss. Asking ourself the simple question - Is this really true (Byron Katie’s work goes deeply into the layers of this) can sometimes profoundly shift the narrative.😢Often, we have inherited societal or generational programming around grief and loss that simply isn’t serving us anymore.💚We are going through a huge shift on the planet right now where we are beginning to acknowledge the gift of our true feelings - it’s by feeling our grief, sorrow, rage and anger and coming out the other side that allows for healing and transformation. Because the only way out is through.💧👉Join us in community on Wednesday, April 17th from 10am - noon PDT for a workshop on the intro to grief skills in community.This is a gentle and affordable opportunity to see if this way of working with grief is for you. 💔What I’ve seen is that not only do we carry around the weight of these difficult experiences, but we also carry a story that says, “I’m alone, I’m different, I’m secretly broken or weird.”⁠

Within the context of the groups, rituals & 1:1 work I hold, this long carried & heavy story dissolves, and we recognize that we are all, at our core, the same.♥️⁠

💧When we can release the shame that comes with feeling alone in our experience, healing comes naturally.⁠

💧We release the heaviness of holding it alone, and get reconnected with our innate sense of joy, aliveness & strength.⁠

🌲🌲🌲Through practices that work with the nervous system & rewiring the brain learned through my studies in Somatic Therapy, Attachment Theory, Healing Sexual Trauma, Deep Nature Connection, Craniosacral therapy, Shamanic Study, Tibetan Buddhism and Yoga, I’ve learned to support people to completely transform how they experience the world and themselves.🌲🌲🌲⁠

I believe that for each person, your gifts are directly related to your wounds, and it is only through deep listening and care of the soul that you will fully remember who you are and what you are here to give to the world.⁠
